Anxiety 

Anxiety is a natural response to stress or perceived threats. It is a normal and necessary emotion that helps us stay alert and focused in challenging situations. However, when anxiety becomes excessive, persistent, and interferes with daily life, we must reassess our lifestyle and our priorities.

A chronically worried or busy mind needs adjustment to the neurophysiology through proper methylation/biochemical adjustment and transformational coaching to hold onto the frequency of ease.
