After years of working within traditional medical systems and treating thousands of patients with chronic physical and mental health conditions, I discovered a fundamental truth: genuine healing requires addressing the root causes of illness—both emotional and physical. In my practice, I now integrate frequency medicine, quantum healing, somatic and psychoanalytic therapy, Chinese medicine, and naturopathy to facilitate profound healing. This holistic approach recognizes that mental and emotional health are inextricably linked to physical well-being; they are one and the same.
The Shortcomings of Conventional Medicine
Most conventional medical practices focus on managing symptoms rather than healing the underlying imbalances causing them. Illnesses are diagnosed as “diseases,” and FDA-approved medications are prescribed to suppress symptoms, often neglecting the deeper issues contributing to these health challenges.
Burnout in the System
I vividly recall my days in community mental health clinics, where I would see eighteen patients a day—each on a regimen of at least three medical medications and three psychotropics. Few, if any, were thriving. I had become exhausted and burned out, feeling morally conflicted. The field didn't allow me to truly heal my patients.
Rediscovering Healing Practices
Despite my training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I still struggled with my own chronic health issues: asthma, GERD, painful bladder syndrome, and endometriosis. While I helped patients explore their emotional trauma, I lacked the tools to help them remove the trauma stored in their bodies. I would recommend yoga, bodywork, or dance, but something was still missing from my own approach.
My breakthrough came when I returned to the energy medicine I had known since childhood. I began to trust my intuitive abilities, tapping into the energy work and medical psychic gifts that I had long ignored. I sought treatment using frequency medicine, Chinese medicine, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), and other alternative healing modalities. This journey reawakened my connection to my own intuition and allowed me to heal both myself and others in a way I had never thought possible.
One of the most profound revelations occurred during my struggle with interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome). In Chinese medicine, the bladder is seen as a repository for unprocessed emotions. Ironically, as a Vanderbilt-trained psychoanalytically informed psychiatric provider, I had been walking around with unresolved emotional baggage that was manifesting as physical illness. Through alternative healing, I have since moved away from conventional medications like daily inhaled steroids for asthma and have embraced a more holistic, sustainable approach to health.

A New Approach to Healing
Today, I practice naturopathic psychiatry, using conventional Big Pharma when clinically appropriate and necessary but strongly discouraging reliance on it when possible. I focus on identifying and addressing the true root cause of illness using tools like frequency medicine, personalized biochemical protocols, herbs, and neurosomatic therapies that help reprogram subconscious beliefs. By harmonizing mind, body, and energy, I guide my patients through transformative journeys that empower them to take control of their health and consciousness.
I am honored to witness these transformations, and it is profoundly rewarding to watch patients reclaim their vitality and well-being. May all who suffer from disease find their path to light and healing.
